Join Dr. Ashley for her monthly Plant Spirit Meditation at The People’s Apothecary, formerly Fettle Botanic Bend.

Each month we gather to dive deeper into our understanding of plants. I choose our monthly plant friend carefully and thoughtfully and base my selection around which plants are actively and visibly thriving in Central Oregon. By December, I may select a plant that grows a little more to the west.

Plant communication strengthens our connection to herbal medicine and opens us to the energetics, messages and wisdom of the plants. In this class we will taste, smell, and explore an unidentified medicinal plant. After a guided meditation participants will share their experiences with the herb before learning about its medicinal and energetic properties along with traditional folklore.

Please bring along a journal, a writing device, and a meditation cushion if you like.
